The TGen II cohort is a collection of clinically characterized and neuropathologically verified Alzheimer’s disease case and control individuals. Samples were obtained from twenty-one different National Institute on Aging-supported AD Center brain banks and from the Miami Brain Bank in addition to other brain banks in the United States, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
