The University of Pittsburgh GWAS dataset contains 2440 Caucasian case/controls run on the Illumina Omni1-Quad to identify risk and age-at-onset genes for AD. All AD cases met NINCDS/ADRDA criteria for probable or definite AD.
UPITT is a GWAS dataset used in the replication stage of the ADGC Naj et al. meta-analysis from 2011. It is one of the five cohorts assembled by ADGC to replicate genetic variant findings in LOAD.
